A full deep clean was required using a combination of both pressure washer and fungicidal additives to remove any loose flaking paint as well as lichen and mildew from the surface before the filling of any cracks and defects. Full preparation to all woodwork including windows, doors, fascia boards & soffits before bringing them to a finish in a bright, satin white via method of airless spray. All external bungalow doors were finished in Aquamarine as per clients specification. All roughcast render was also sprayed to finish in a suitable external masonry paint. Window sills were picked out as a feature along with the garage door on this property to give a modern feeling on initial appearance.
